At Duro's Crafts, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy before placing an order.

• Requests for alterations or returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and not damaged by the client.
• Alterations or replacements will only be accepted if the error was on our side. If incorrect measurements were provided by the client, the request will not qualify for a free alteration or replacement.
• Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the client. If the error was due to incorrect measurements or any other error on the client's side, additional alteration charges may apply before the item is corrected and returned. If the error was on our side, we will cater for shipping and alteration charges.

We do not offer refunds. We will either:

1. Make a replacement item, or
2. Rectify the returned item and send it back to you.

By placing an order with Duro's Crafts, you agree to the terms of this policy.

• All items are handmade to order. Production times vary and will be communicated before ordering.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
• Shipping costs are calculated separately and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order is dispatched.
• Duro's Crafts is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit — claims should be directed to the courier. We will help track your item.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun or after they have been shipped.
